So far, everytime when a wordpress update is released, it will then become a biggest challenge for every wordpress user to upgrade his blog to the latest version. Manually Backup the existing files, deactivating all the plugins, upload the latest wordpress files then reactivate etc etc is a big strain and single mistake in any of the above steps may lead to costly loss of data. I was really longing for one plugin which can do all these process automatically and thereby avoid any humane errors.

All you need to do is provide write permission to all the wordpress files except the wp-config file so that the plugin can do all the process of upgradation automatically.
